This policy explains what personal information Unshakeable collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Unshakeable is run by Nicky Brown, who is the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
When you join the Unshakeable community, we collect the email address you give us. Alongside it we keep the date and time you signed up and the IP address and browser your request came from, which we use to keep the list secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not ask for any other personal details, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address to send you occasional updates from Nicky Brown about Unshakeable, the book, and related work. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give by joining the community. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who can see it
Your details are stored on our own website hosting and are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. We may use trusted service providers to send email on our behalf; where we do, they act only on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. After that we delete it from our active list within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time;
- object to or restrict how we use it.

Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering that you have entered an access code while the site is in pre-launch. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
